Michele Passalacqua is a hotelier in Arezzo, owner of the ASC Hotel and president of the Confcommercio Florence-Arezzo Hotel Association. For over ten years, he has run an independent property by combining two things that usually travel separately: the daily management of hospitality and the hands-on building of the digital tools that support it. He is convinced that innovation, even that based on artificial intelligence, is not a matter of technology but of orderly data, clear procedures and people who know what they are doing; for this reason, he teaches it to tourism operators with a practical and independent approach. He believes in tangible, measurable and human hospitality, where technology serves to free up time for people.
