How to get there

By train and bus

At the Rimini train station you can board thebus 7 - direction Cerasolo and get off at the fourth stop - Palacongressi. On footfrom the railway station to the Palacongressi are 2 km.

By Car

The Palacongressi has underground parking spaces on two floors, with access from Via della Fiera and Via Monte Titano, and outdoor parking spaces in the Conad Superstore car park opposite. In addition, two large areas in via Fantoni, manned by staff, will be available for the event: from here there is a pedestrian path in the park that leads directly to the Palacongressi. Alternatively download the map showing neighbouring car parks.

By taxi

You can contact the number (+39) 0541 50020. There is a taxi stand in Via della Fiera.

From 8.30 a.m. registration starts, at 9.30 a.m. seminars in the halls and meetings with partner companies in the exhibition area, until 5.30 p.m. 

Visitors' Regulation

The sale of products and leafleting inside the Palacongressi is prohibited.
All visitors, when registering online, must provide truthful information about their identity and activities. The entrance fee is mandatorywhich is strictly personal and non-transferable. The entrance ticket must be shown at the registration desk.

The organisation declines all responsibility for: damage to property and/or persons inside the Palacongressi; certain events such as adverse weather conditions, security and public order reasons, force majeure or other factors not attributable to the organisation that could result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

The organisation informs that, through its official photographer and/or specifically appointed professionals, it will proceed to acquire photographic and/or video images to document and promote the event on its website, on its editorial products and on any other printed and digital information support. Should the interested party not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, he/she is requested to notify the operator recognisable by the appropriate pass.
