Over forty years of experience in the restaurant industry, seen from every angle, from front-of-house and kitchen to managing multiple establishments, right through to acting as a trainer and consultant for companies in the sector. Today, he is a partner and board member of Restworld. He is co-author of «Oltre il menu» (Beyond the Menu) (Topic Edizioni), in which he has documented the people management method developed through his practical experience.
