Luca Lotterio

CEO and co-founder of Restworld, the platform that connects hospitality professionals with HoReCa businesses. Originally established as an authorised and specialised employment agency in the sector, Restworld now boasts over 225,000 registered professionals and collaborates with restaurants across Italy. A graduate in work psychology, with an MBA and a master's in M&A, he began his career working front-of-house. It is from this experience that his approach to people management stems. He is co-author of «Oltre il menu» (Topic Edizioni).
