Luca De Giglio is among the first travel bloggers and among the first digital nomads in the world.
For over twenty years, they have operated at the intersection of travel, technology, and new economic models, with a constant focus on applied innovation and the transformation of traditional processes.
A pioneer in the non-hotel accommodation sector, in 2001 he created a platform that anticipated models later popularised by Airbnb by years.
In recent years, her work has focused on the integration of blockchain and travel, with particular attention to the role of stablecoins, new payment systems, and decentralised infrastructures applied to the travel industry. In this context, she is among the promoters of TripsCommunity, a DAO (decentralised autonomous organisation) that explores the concrete adoption of Web3 technologies in tourism, with a strong focus on education, experimentation, and real-world use cases.
He is also co-founder of DNVillages, an initiative dedicated to the development of Italian villages for digital nomads and hybrid communities. He also founded Tectris, a Swiss accelerator active in early-stage investments in the crypto and travel-tech sectors.
