Biography
He is an observer and researcher of trends in the restaurant industry, founder of Good Life, the first (only) haute cuisine magazine that proposes the concepts of pleasure, light-heartedness and hospitality at the table. He tells the story of haute cuisine without compromise, placing the emphasis on the customer and not on the chef. He started very young as a football photographer, and has written for the most important magazines in Japan, England and other countries. When he arrived in Italy, in Milan, he continued to cover football and then golf. He founded Good Life, to give the world of cooking a hedonistic dimension. He is convinced that catering is made for couples in love and that catering is a happy oasis, which must be left free of ideologies and didactic concepts, which intoxicate and drive people away from the desire to go out to dinner: catering gives immediate, pure and total happiness.
