Biography
Architect, degree in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano-address in industrial design and furniture, PhD in Interior Architecture, since December 2002 he has been Researcher in Industrial Design at the Indaco department and subsequently at the Design department of the Milan Polytechnic.
He began teaching activities within the Politecnico di Milano as an adjunct professor until 2002 and subsequently as a tenured professor.
Participate in international study seminars and activities at foreign universities.
From his doctorate onwards he began to carry out research activities on the hospitality tourism sector and on hospitality design, an activity currently in progress, with multiple implications in relation to teaching, participation in national research calls, being a member of juries. of prizes, moderator and speaker at conferences on the sector, specialized training activities (masters and training courses), editing of publications (books, articles, essays, contributions to conferences).
He was and is a designer, scientific coordinator, deputy director and director of training courses and masters: among these he is the scientific director of the Master in Interior Design of the Politecnico di Milano.
Other research topics are related to the design of furniture and furnishing products in relation to the contract, the retail design sector, the design of office spaces, design in relation to the culture of living and accessibility.
Since 2003 he has been a member of the teaching staff of the PhD in Interior Architecture and Set-up of the Politecnico di Milano.
