Biography
Consultant and trainer in the hotel and restaurant hospitality sector, she supports hotel groups and chains in the development of new facilities, in the organisation of management and operational processes, in the management control of the Food & Beverage department, and in the design of company academies and skill development pathways.
They are a lecturer for master's degrees and advanced training courses dedicated to hospitality and are part of the Technical Scientific Committee for the “Tourism and Hospitality 4.0” Master's degree at the University of Calabria. They also work as a Project Manager on initiatives dedicated to enhancing cultural and food and wine heritage, collaborating with national and international institutions in the tourism, culture, and territorial promotion sectors.
