Valentina Tonidandel
Biography
She studied diplomatic sciences and has a soft spot for the ocean. Inevitable, therefore, to end up curating digital content for a mountain destination. Before giving a voice to Paganella, she spent eight years at the front desk. That counter was her observatory: face-to-face with guests and operators, she learned to intercept people's real needs even before they became questions.
Today, that daily practice is the backbone of the websites and social media channels of Visit Paganella, which she manages. She writes for people reading on screens of just a few inches. Short sentences, a dry rhythm, exact words. A job working on texts that she carries out hand in hand with her female colleague. Together they dismantle “tourism-speak” and its empty adjectives: a narrative that has stopped pushing a perfect shop window simply to show reality.
