His solid background combines a 360-degree view of the tourism supply chain – having worked directly in hotel establishments, international chains, Tour Operators, incoming agencies, and hotel tech systems such as PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine – with prominent strategic roles in leading technology hospitality companies, including Mews, The Data Appeal Company, Transhotel, and Hoist Group. He holds a Master's degree in European Tourism Management from Bournemouth University and is currently a key figure in optimising online distribution and data analysis for the hospitality sector. At RoomCloud, Sylvain leverages his expertise to assist hotels in maximising revenue and orchestrating intelligent, concrete, and market-data-driven sales strategies.
