For years he has been involved in management and marketing consultancy and training for the development of human resources in companies. He accompanies company leaders to plan together their and their employees' growth, up to the management and training of a sales network, and follows small and medium-sized companies in achieving their goals.
In particular, he has expertise in the hotel and conference tourism sector and with Virtou he accompanies tourism enterprises towards more responsible and sustainable management, with practical tools to improve commitment and reputation.
He is also a lecturer at the Hospitality Innovation Academy.
