Electronic Engineer, trainer and consultant specialising in Lean Management and organisational development.
After approximately twenty years of experience in industrial companies as an electronic designer and manager, they have directed their professional activities towards training, coaching, and supporting organisations in their continuous improvement journeys. .
Her interpretation is inspired by the principles of the Toyota Production System, adapting them to the Italian context and emphasising the sustainability of organisational change.
It promotes integration between operational tools and company culture, to create learning organisations.
Its work contributes to the dissemination in Italy of an evolutionary vision of Lean Thinking, which combines scientific method, respect for people, and value creation for the customer.
In 2013, he founded Istituto Lean Management, an organisation dedicated to spreading Lean culture through training programmes, organisational transformation projects, and management skills development.
For over 17 years, he has supported manufacturing companies, service organisations, and healthcare facilities in applying Lean principles, integrating technical approach, leadership, and people engagement.
Over recent years, they have developed particular expertise in the hospitality and tourism sector, undertaking training and coaching activities for Italian and international groups and training institutions such as Borgo Egnazia, Marriott, Hilton, and ITS dedicated to tourism.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Lean Global Network, an international network that brings together the world's leading Lean institutes.
