Biography
Patrizio Bof boasts over thirty years of experience as a leader in the digital innovation and CRM sectors. He was among the pioneers in Italy in the development of multichannel interaction models based on expert systems and Artificial Intelligence to support customer service, marketing, and IT processes. In 2015, he designed and founded Infinite Area, theatre, a space for open innovation dedicated to businesses. Here, he has chosen to transfer his solid technological and business background into the hospitality world, redefining its standards through process efficiency and strategic sustainability.
A precursor to Open Innovation models, Patrizio Bof wanted to directly experience the impact of innovation in revitalised historic and prestigious buildings for the new needs of the professional world. His pioneering vision, applied to hospitality, is today realised in two prominent establishments: in 2024 he opens The Foscarini (Mogliano Veneto), a 17th-century Venetian villa transformed into a new-concept smart hotel that sets a precedent in the sector for operational efficiency, digitalisation, and attention to sustainability. Based on the same principles, the Boutique Hotel will be born in 2026 The Castelletto (Montebelluna), where cutting-edge technological innovation meets the luxury segment, elevating the standards and personalisation of the entire Guest experience.
Their experiences have also been applied in coworking spaces integrated into regenerated and sustainable contexts, and made available to businesses wishing to evolve and seize the opportunities offered by the current technological transition.
