Michael Damian

Michael Damian is hotelier, owner and director of the Cyprianerhof Dolomit Resort, a five-star hotel in the Dolomites. After an academic career in socioeconomics between Vienna, Milan, Bologna and Paris, enriched by professional experience in Italy and abroad, he joined the family business in 2022. Here he progressively assumed operational and strategic responsibilities in areas such as marketing, SPA, reception, human resources and housekeeping. Today he leads the development of the Cyprianerhof with a strong focus on positioning, guest experience and corporate culture.
