Biography
Mattia Montepara, born in 1988, is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sibill. With a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's in Finance and Financial Management Services from LUISS Business School, Mattia began his career in 2016 at Endeavor, where he was responsible for selecting and evaluating high-potential entrepreneurs and companies, conducting analyses similar to those carried out by venture capital and private equity firms. In 2019, he joined Everli, holding roles in the Product Marketing and Program Management teams, where he developed new business lines and managed partnership strategies that significantly contributed to the company's growth. In 2021, alongside Lorenzo Liguori and Dario Prencipe, he launched Sibill, the Italian platform that simplifies financial, administrative, and accounting management for small and medium-sized enterprises and accountants.
