For over fifteen years, I have worked in the hospitality sector, assisting hotels and accommodation facilities in defining marketing, positioning, communication, and direct sales strategies. I am co-founder of Base, a creative studio specialising in tourism, and the creator of Joorna AI, an artificial intelligence-based platform supporting communication between hotels and guests. My work combines strategy, technology, and knowledge of hotel operational dynamics, with the aim of improving the guest experience and contributing to the sales performance growth of establishments.
