Biography
Professional journalist since 1989, editor and director of successful publications on the subjects of hospitality and food and wine. An Academic of Wine (AIV), Sommelier ad honorem (AIS and ASI), member of the critics' juries at Masterchef, he has received prestigious awards related to his professional activity, in Italy and worldwide. He has organised conferences and round tables, participates in important international food and wine juries, is a speaker at congresses and lectures at master's courses on food, hospitality and food and wine journalism. Today he is the food & wine editorial director of PLACES magazine of the Unique Media group.
