Massimo Valentini, 42, an engineer by training and by nature, with over 10 years of experience in multinational energy companies. In 2016, he returned to his home region to found Puglia Paradise, with the aim of creating excellence in luxury extra-hotel hospitality. Anticipating international interest in Puglia, he developed a unique model, capable of combining the excellence of 5-star hotel service with the charm of villas, trulli, and masserias with private pools, all selected and managed with meticulous care. Today, Puglia Paradise manages 32 luxury properties and is considered a benchmark brand for international guests seeking exclusive stays, high-end services, and memorable experiences. At the core of the project is a clear vision: true luxury is sustainable. For this reason, Puglia Paradise promotes hospitality that values the territory, supports local communities, and protects the authentic beauty of Puglia.
