In the past he was the editorial coordinator of Job in Tourism, formerly an attachment of Italia Oggi until 2012. He has also been responsible for the writing of numerous books dedicated to hôtellerie, including the 2009 to 2019 editions of the Job in Tourism Almanac, as well as moderating several conferences and round tables dedicated to hospitality topics.
