Martina Gramolazzi

Martina Gramolazzi, Group Director of SPA Product Development, with over 15 years of experience, began her training in the tourism sector during her university years and continued her specialisation in the spa and wellbeing sector directly in the field.
She has directed several of Italy's most important and awarded facilities, including Portopiccolo Spa. A unique facility of its kind, developed over 3,600 sq m, on 3 floors and with a privileged view of the sea in the Gulf of Trieste.
A well-rounded, versatile professional capable of managing properties through various business stages, from opening and guiding them to business maturity, or intervening in repositioning.
A wealth of management knowledge ranging from preliminary analyses of competitive sets and benchmarks, through the creation of strategy and the study and design.
Alongside management knowledge, specific expertise related to the world of spas and wellness is added. This is focused on the technical aspects of maintenance, cleaning, and hygiene levels, and at the same time on aspects related to knowledge of treatments, massage techniques, and the best products to meet the needs of each client.
