Martina Gramolazzi

A graduate with a degree in Linguistic Expert for Management and Tourism from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, she boasts extensive experience in managing Spas within 5-star luxury establishments (including Armani Hotel Milan and Terme&SPA Italia). Since December, she has been working as a strategic consultant and fractional manager, specialising in the development of innovative concepts, profitability optimisation, and the integration of thermal wellness with scientific-medical protocols. She also undertakes teaching and training activities for future professionals in the sector.
