Biography
Momo Ramadori is the founder and CPO of Ecco, the voice AI platform for hotels and hospitality venues. It handles guest calls, WhatsApp messages, and texts naturally and in multiple languages, 24/7, managing bookings, check-ins, requests, and information without making anyone wait or overloading staff.
Before founding Ecco, he spent years building B2B SaaS products in Florence: Product Manager at The Data Appeal Company (data intelligence for travel & hospitality) and Technical Team Leader at ShippyPro.
He spoke on the stages of key Italian tourism events – BTO – Buy Tourism Online, Vivere di Turismo, and Hospitality Day – bringing conversational AI to the heart of hospitality.
