Maria De Scrilli

Holding a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, after a few years of professional experience in the biomedical sector she chose, in 2019, to embark on a career in the hospitality industry, joining the family hotel business and obtaining a Master’s degree in Tourism Economics and Management from CISET at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. In 2021 she took over its full management, guiding its development with a focus on service quality and innovation. Since 2023 she has been a member of the Board of Directors of BWH Hotels Italia & Malta. Since November 2025 she has been President of the Young Hoteliers Group of Federalberghi Bologna.
