Biography
An engineer with a PhD in Linguistics, she has dedicated fourteen years to university teaching and academic research, and for over twenty years has been involved in the hospitality industry. Author of two books and over 140 articles published in international and national journals.
He is the founder of BeMyGuest, the cloud-based ecosystem that helps hotels, restaurants and experience providers manage and sell rooms, tables, events and activities online, through three integrated suites—Hotel CRS, Restaurant and Experience—to simplify every stage of the booking process, maximise revenue and orchestrate distribution strategies.
