Biography
Alessandra Scatà is the new SPA Manager at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti. She comes from Quellenhof Luxury Resorts where, as General SPA Manager, she developed the new Biohacking and Longevity department in close collaboration with Dr. Massimo Filippo, Dr. Ernst Fopp, and the entire team at the facility. After spending years at a SPA in India, where she learned and honed her initial skills in massage and psychophysical well-being, she moved to the United States in 1997, first to Berkeley (San Francisco) and then to Sedona. Here, she became an expert in communication and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and participated in specific training on a Beyond Psychology programme, while simultaneously continuing her professional development in the wellness sector. Leveraging her expertise, she began collaborating with Italian institutions to teach wellness management in specialised courses. She has contributed to the creation of wellness centres in hotels and tourist facilities, and organises SPA courses for managers, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals. She also works with architects specialising in the SPA sector for the design and creation of wellness centres, providing consultancy on identifying the centre's philosophy, analysing costs and revenues, investment plans, the conception and creation of complete cosmetic lines with operational protocols, as well as staff training, general centre organisation, and initial start-up or repositioning.
