Biography

Kevin Vannucchi is an entrepreneur, project manager, and innovation strategist specialising in the outdoor hospitality, glamping, and experiential tourism sectors. Born and raised in a family business deeply rooted in open-air tourism, he has developed a unique perspective on the sector's evolution, combining operational expertise with a strong focus on sustainability, design, strategic innovation, and the guest experience.

As part of Human Company, one of Europe's leading groups in open-air hospitality, Kevin works on developing next-generation hospitality concepts that integrate real estate, technology, and nature tourism. Throughout his career, he has led projects of international significance, including his role as Project Manager for the Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Village, while also contributing to the creation of innovative accommodation models such as OpenAir Suites, a concept that reimagines the relationship between premium outdoor hospitality, agriculture, and local communities.

His work focuses on one of the sector's most significant transformations: the convergence of open-air hospitality, traditional hospitality, technology, and institutional investment. Through the development of innovative business models and strategic projects, Kevin explores how the sector can evolve beyond traditional camping to create scalable, experience-driven destinations capable of meeting the expectations of a new generation of travellers.
