Giuliana D’Avola

Giuliana D’Avola is the General Manager of the Bvlgari Hotel Milano. Originally from Ragusa, she studied Law in Bologna and tourism management at IULM in Milan.

Having joined the Bvlgari group in 2013 as a Guest Services Agent, she climbed the organisation by holding roles such as Director of Guest Services, Front of House Manager and Director of Operations, alongside experience as a People Care and Hospitality Manager for the OTB fashion group. In 2026 she took over the leadership of the Milan property, focusing her management on excellence in luxury service and the empowerment of the team.
