Biography
Eugenio Canni Ferrari has been the CEO of Tecnasfalti Group since 2007. After graduating in Economics and Business with a specialisation in Marketing and Communication, he immediately joined his family's company, bringing his innovative vision which he skilfully integrated into the path previously laid out by the founding partners. Passionate and forward-thinking, acoustics became his first passion: he can provide precise and insightful answers to any question on the subject, resolving doubts and always finding the most effective solution. Enthusiasm, determination, and professionalism are the main characteristics we also find in his other passion, sport. Through cycling, trail running, and mountaineering, he cultivates discipline and flexibility, which fuel his entrepreneurial vision and his “go with the flow” approach: the ability to adapt, manage fatigue, and make clear decisions even in unforeseen circumstances are qualities he brings daily to his role as CEO. His leadership combines pragmatism with a dynamic vision of the business world, qualities that allow him to coordinate his team with energy and effectiveness.
