Biography

Enzo Passaro was born in Naples on 2 March 1973 and studied in his hometown before moving to Trento at the age of 24.
In Trentino, he started working as a consultant in communication agencies, working alongside senior professionals on projects for private and institutional entities until he decided to go freelance in 2005.
Since then he has gradually developed skills more and more oriented towards interpersonal relationship systems and deepened his studies in neurolinguistics and neuroleadership of which he is one of the leading experts in Italy: in fact, he is one of the eleven professionals in the field to have attended the only course in Italy organised by INNEL®, the National Institute of Neuroleadership.
He is registered as a journalist in Trentino-Alto Adige and is particularly involved in the development of people's interpersonal skills, also through the essential tools of coaching, which he applies, in particular, to improving the efficiency of organisational systems (especially in the hospitality sector), learning techniques for speaking effectively in public, and in the management and moderation of events.
He is a TEDx Speaker and has published for Zandegù Edizioni in Turin “Easy Public Speaking”, a manual of rhetoric whose principles he applies in particular in the higher education and academic institutions in which he teaches. As a lecturer and consultant, he boasts numerous collaborations with organisations, companies and associations: his goal is to improve the expressive self-awareness of individuals in everyday relationships and in whatever ecosystem their languages act in.
