Biography
Emilio Zorini is a hotel management consultant with 15 years of operational experience in the sector. He hasn't just studied hospitality from a book. He has opened establishments, analysed hotels that were losing money while believing they were doing well, and changed the way owners and managers make decisions every day.
Co-founder of Bee Family, a consulting agency for hospitality facilities based in San Marino.
In January 2026, he published KAOS (foreword by Michil Costa), the first vertical book on hotel management in Italy. He hosts the podcast Tasto9 and writes a weekly newsletter on LinkedIn, followed by hoteliers and industry professionals across Italy.
His method: he gets into the structures, reads the real numbers, and calls things as they are. Even when they're not comfortable.
