Biography
He systematised procedures by setting up automatic processes in every area, actively involving all staff and turning problems into business opportunities. He created an alternative sales model that allowed him to self-generate profiled contacts. He is author of GESPY the geometry of hospitality, trainer and owner of Villa Giada Resort in Imperia. He is an external consultant for SPD Design, a company that deals with the design and creation of customised furniture and furnishings for hospitality, healthcare and residential facilities.
