Biography
A graduate in Psychology, he began his professional career in human resources, focusing on organisational climate and well-being.
Today, he is involved in training and consulting within the Lean Management Institute, which, as part of an international network, promotes the dissemination and innovation of this “new” management philosophy.
After gaining cross-industry experience in manufacturing, services, small businesses and multinational corporations, her focus is now on her true passion: the hospitality world.
Their approach is twofold: working with people to make them competent and motivated, and working on processes to make them waste-free, effective, and efficient.
Two sides of the same coin, which together enable the constant creation of ever-increasing value for the guest.
They have collaborated and continue to collaborate with leading establishments, including Borgo Egnazia, Gruppo Alajmo, and properties within the Hilton and Marriott groups.
For five years, they have been a lecturer at ITS Academy Turismo Veneto.
In 2025, he oversaw the Italian translation of the book Upgrade – Excellence in Hospitality.
