Biography
She is an experience designer, trainer, coach, facilitator, author, speaker. She writes for specialised websites and magazines and is the author of Communicating User Experience, Radical Collaboration, Designers in Play. She is a speaker at national and international conferences. She teaches user experience design information architecture at several universities, including IED, IULM, LUISS, and in thematic workshops for professionals. He has developed projects for public administration, national and international players. She has worked for Marazzi, Fastweb, Credem, Almawave, Corriere dello Sport. She is a firm believer that people come first and that paper, markers, blackboards and post-it notes are often more effective than a lot of technology.
