Luciano Tona will talk about the future of Italian gastronomy
Perfect connoisseur of Italian and international cuisine.
From the Michelin star obtained by his restaurant The Stop in Casatenovo (LC), until his leadership from 2004 to 2014 of ALMA, the international school of Italian cuisine based in the Colorno Palace in Parma, it was the experience of a lifetime spent at a high level between the cookers and the most influential international chefs that made him a reference point for Italian gastronomy.
Currently Luciano Tona is director of the Italian Academy of Bocuse d'Or and administrator of Ten Groupwhere he is in charge of the Hospitality department.
