Biography
Stefano Todisco has worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years, with a background in the international hôtellerie that led him to deal directly with front office, team management, operational organisation and responsibility for economic results. Today he works alongside entrepreneurs and hotel management as a Business Coach and Revenue Strategist, working on numbers, people and processes to build more solid and profitable structures. He collaborates as a lecturer with Italian Business Schools and Universities in the main courses dedicated to Hospitality Management, bringing real cases and applicable decision-making models to the classroom.
His approach starts from a clear principle: a hotel works when vision, leadership and numbers are aligned.
