Biography
He is a Camaldolese monk of the Monte Giove hermitage in Fano, in the province of Pesaro.
Classical high school in Brescia, studies in Theology at the city's diocesan seminary, joins the Benedictine Camaldolese community at the hermitage of San Giorgio in Bardolino, obtains a Licentiate in Theology with a specialisation in Monastic Studies at the Pontifical Institute of Sant'Anselmo in Rome and completes his training for a year in Berkeley, to study English and Theology at a Camaldolese monastery in California. He belongs to the Benedictine monastic tradition of hospitality along the great pilgrimage routes. As a monk, he asked for an incognito experience in a company in the Verona area, where he came into contact with the world of work and consultancy.
He offers spiritual coaching courses and training courses based on the Rule of St. Benedict: he is specifically dedicated to corporate training and coaching for personal development. He obtained his Coach's Diploma at the Incoaching School, affiliated with the Italian Professional Coaching Association, and his Master's Degree in Coaching, at the Carolina Albasio University Institute, organised by the European School of Higher Education, in collaboration with the Incoaching School.
