Biography
He started his career with Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Milan in 2005. In 2008 he began his collaboration with Il Pellicano Hotel and La Posta Vecchia Hotel, he was part of the team that built and managed the merger path that led to the birth of Pellicano Hotels with new centralised services, such as Sales & Marketing, Booking, Administration, Management Control and Human Resources. Since 2014 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Pellicano Hotels, in 2015 he became its Deputy Director and Business Controller and from 2019 to 2023 he was Managing Director of the group. He participated in the first development step of Pellicano Hotels with the start of the management of the Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa in Ischia. From 2021 to 2023 he was President of Ischia Is More, an Ischian business network, of which he was founder.
In 2024, he founded Samba Consulting, with the intention of making available the expertise gained in consultancy projects aimed at generating value for his clients. Since February 2025, he has been a board member of the Costa Family Foundation.
