Martina Manescalchi

Martina Manescalchi has been involved in consultancy and training on communication, digital marketing, copywriting, sales and service quality for hotels, restaurants, camping villages and destinations for over 15 years. She is a speaker at major industry events and lectures at universities, business schools and trade associations. She has worked with leading consulting companies and also works as a journalist and copywriter for magazines and companies in the hotel industry.
She is the author of numerous manuals and essays on hospitality. In 2020, she joined the international team of 20 experts of the EU project on the quality of tourist accommodation services.
