He has been Chief Human Resources Officer at Pellicano Hotels since 2015, where he leads the implementation of innovative methods to engage employees and promote a culture of excellent training and service. His mission is to strategically contribute to innovation by rethinking and designing the work experience so that it becomes a unique personal and professional journey. It is committed to providing all employees with the tools and conditions necessary to express their personality and passion, encouraging creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
With more than 25 years of experience in HR, he has led organisational transformations in prestigious companies such as Renault, Travelport and Eurobet, focusing on HR Attraction, Engagement and Retention projects.
She holds a degree in Oriental Languages from La Sapienza University of Rome and later deepened her skills with a Master in Human Resources Management. Passionate about her work, she firmly believes in sharing information and best practices to develop innovative solutions and promote a culture of excellence.
