Biography

She is a Business Analyst, Data Strategist for Growth, Design Thinking & LEGO® Serious Play Facilitator, Artificial Intelligence Consultant, Founder & CEO of Marketing Freaks, an agency of consultants and facilitators guiding companies of all sizes towards concrete and sustainable growth: they deal with business models, growth strategy, marketing, branding, content strategy, data analysis, artificial intelligence and help clients design the future of their business by building together new and effective business systems driven by data and creativity. She is a lecturer and trainer for Italian and foreign institutes and universities. She is author of manuals on Data Driven Marketing, CRO&UX Design, Design Thiniking.
She started as a market researcher for a B2B multinational, was Marketing Manager for an SME company in tourism, worked as Data Analyst for Calzedonia Group. She specialised for years as a Performance Analyst and Data Strategist, later becoming CRO&UX Manager.
He facilitates processes, stimulates creativity and guides teams towards clear and structured solutions. His clients include Max Mara, Brunello Cucinelli, Moncler, Intesa San Paolo, L'Oréal, Mondadori, Il Sole 24 ore, Electrolux, Braun, De Longhi, Unicef, Pampers.
