With more than twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry, he is now Cluster General Manager of Caracciolo Hospitality Group, which comprises three hotels: de Bonart Naples Curio Collection by Hilton, Palazzo Caracciolo Naples - a Hilton affiliate, and Grand Hotel Telese, as well as centralised Head Quarters departments.
He is in charge of the group's strategic and organisational development, guiding the evolution towards a centralised management model aimed at efficiency, quality and expansion. He defines the business guidelines and ensures the adoption of the company's values - including ethics, inclusiveness, innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurial spirit. He coordinates all centralised departments, operational directorates and strategic development projects, with a vision aimed at positioning Caracciolo Hospitality Group as a top player in the Campania hôtellerie.
