Biography
After an operational career in the Room Division of luxury hospitality, she chose to share her knowledge and passion for guests and teams as a trainer and consultant specialising in hotel organisation, human resources development and hotel quality management, working with international and Italian hotel brands and companies, including Accor, Baglioni Hotels, Lungarno Hotels, Best Western, training institutes and hotel associations. As a trainer she deals with communication and customer service, international hospitality, development of working techniques in Hotel Operations in the Room Division and Quality Management. As a consultant she is an expert in hotel organisation, planning and development of hotel services, implementation of quality standards and audits and mystery guest services.
She was Quality and Human Resources Manager at Villa Cora in Florence, part of The Leading Hotels of the World, and Human Resources Manager at Monteverdi Tuscany, a luxury hotel in Val d'Orcia, developing specific skills in the luxury segment. Today he holds the position of Human Resources & Quality Manager at VRetreats, the luxury lifestyle brand of VOIHotels, which has 9 hotels in its collection, including Taormina, Rome, Venice, Florence, Matera, Siracusa, Cervinia and Olbia.
