Fabrizio Parravani is a hospitality professional with a consolidated international experience between Rome and London, where he has held positions of excellence as Maître, Butler and Sommelier in prestigious establishments (including the Hassler Hotel). Today, his mission is to transform room service into a memorable experience through “Emotional Catering”, a method he devised to deeply connect staff and customers.
A certified coach, Fabrizio fuses the technical skills of Front of House with the most modern Life and Team Coaching techniques. He deals with training, coaching and staff development, guiding teams towards improving individual and collective performance. His approach puts the person at the centre, convinced that a positive state of mind is the key to overcoming the challenges of today's market.
