Biography
He holds a degree in Political Science with a focus on economics and specialises in relational psychology and counselling. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Health Promotion from the University of Siena. He is a contributor to the magazine Il Nuovo Club, a former swimming and triathlon athlete, and head of teacher training at the European Aquatic Association, of which he is also a co-founder.
He is the owner of the relationship marketing consultancy Profile Empowerment, specializing in loyalty, leadership and team building processes.
He is a director of the Olos Association of Ferrara.
