Biography
She runs the Rome office of the IACP - Istituto dell'Approccio Centrato sulla Persona, one of the most prestigious counselling schools in Italy, where she coordinates and supervises counselling training and services. Since 2010, as a Counsellor and Coach, she has been working in the field of wellbeing and the development of human potential, for individuals, companies and non-profit organisations: she facilitates clients in using soft skills to realise their projects and successfully overcome difficulties in making choices, making decisions, resolving conflicts, managing change. She is a Professional Counsellor Supervisor and Trainer of the National Coordination of Professional Counsellors. She is an expert in protocols for stress management in critical situations. Her main areas of intervention are Business Counselling, Life Counselling, Family & Parent Counselling.
