I have one obsession: communication. Especially when it is crisis communication, when things don't work out, when there is dissent and there are discussions that risk leading to quarrels: those "mistakes" are precious and tell us something about our way of relating, of knowing, to be.

University lecturer, he holds courses, conferences and has written books on the anthropological aspects of communication, on online discussions and on crisis communication.
