Biography

He stands out for his university education at the École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and his experience in the F&B department of Disneyland Paris hotels. From 2003 to 2007, he was assistant and deputy F&B Manager at the Hotel Cipriani in Venice. In 2008 he moved to the Sheraton Genova Hotel where he held the position of F&B Manager. From 2013 to 2015 he is Corporate F&B Manager at Bauer Group Venice. In March 2016 he moved to the Cervara di Portofino as F&B Manager. Since November 2016 he has been Corporate F&B Manager at the UNA Group. He is one of the founding members and Vice President of AIFBM - Italian Association of Food & Beverage Managers.
