Biography
Graduated from the Hotelier Institute in Marina di Massa and then in Economics and Management of Tourism Services at the Faculty of Economics in Florence, he began working for independent hotels and then moved on to hotel chains including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Baglioni Hotels, Holiday Inn, for which he held various management positions until becoming General Manager. He trained through specialisation courses at SDA Bocconi, Luiss Business School, MCE Europe and Cornell and is a trainer in Master of Hotel Management. In 2010 he founded Hotels Doctors, a hotel consultancy company specialising in the start-up, positioning and development of accommodation facilities. Always active in the world of hospitality, in addition to being Managing Director of Hotels Doctors, he also teaches Hotel Management at the Luiss Business School in Rome.
