Hospitality Day: here is all the information you need
The event is only a few days away and we want to give you useful tips to make it a happy h-day! The first and most important is: bring your entrance ticket with you.
It is compulsory: without a ticket you cannot access the event. You can save it on your smartphone or print it out. If you come with a companion, your companion must have a ticket.

The Green Pass or a negative swab valid in the last 48 hours.
If you can, arrives on timeRegistration starts at 8.30 a.m. and seminars in the hall at 9.30 a.m.
(You can still enter after the event has started).
To reach us, read here. We recommend public transport, bicycles and scooters! And if you need a room, you can book it here.
At the entrance we measure your temperature and during the day we ask you to wear a mask, use disinfectant gel, keep a distance of one metre and avoid hugs and handshakes. We will smile with our eyes 😉
Here is how the event unfolds:
- 8.30 Registration of participants
- 9.30 a.m. start of seminars and meetings with companies
- 11.00 coffee break
- 11.30 a.m. resumption of seminars and meetings with companies
- 13.00 lunch break (there are no less than 5 bars and 1 piadina food truck!)
- 14.00 resumption of seminars and meetings with companies
- 15.30 coffee break
- 16.00 resumption of seminars and meetings with companies
- 18.00 End of seminars and meetings with companies
Download the program and mark the seminars you want to attend: access to the halls is free while seats last. You are spoilt for choice!
The programme will be paperless but only digitalon the event website and on theAPP Teamwork Events, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
There are more than 200 companies exhibitors with products, services and novelties. You will find them in the matching area and in the aisles: no appointment necessary, just sit down in their spaces to get to know them better.
We would like to remind you that, in addition to the speeches in the halls, this year you can participate in the seminars of the arenas on the ground floor, each dedicated to one topic: Breakfast, Housekeeping, Room and Service, Green and Design.
To round off the day, amidst surprises and applause, we invite you to 6 p.m. in the Temple 2 hall for the award ceremonies of the Hospitality Social Awards.
