Andrea Berton will be among the speakers at the next edition
He is one of Gualtiero Marchesi's most brilliant students. He has worked at Mossiman's in London, at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, alongside Carlo Cracco, at Louis XV in Monte Carlo, under the guidance of Alain Ducasse. He won his first Michelin star with the Taverna di Colloredo di Monte Albano and then his second star with Ristorante Trussardi alla Scala (in addition to the three Forks from Gambero Rosso and the three Hats in the Espresso guide).
